Essentially, that means looking for the wallflowers – properties that are vacant, or well-lived-in, or not staged. Less effort on presentation usually translates into less competition and that means less money! (Sellers, take note.) It’s the rare person who isn’t seduced by pretty pictures online and fluffy staging in person.
